Welcome back to the weekend, fall, and feeling cozy.

New Painting

I’m committed to a few things within art:

1) Exploration, not decoration
2) Stories, Emotion, and Concepts over Aesthetics
3) Work that resonates and grows in time (in value and quality)

I’m trying to explore how to innovate with these paintings knowing that at some point soon Vogue will shut me down. After that, I can’t make any more.

I hope they’ll see the quality of the products, but what normally happens is they’ll ask me to stop all operations. Until then, we can keep this our little secret.

I will keep trying things with the mirror paintings to see where I can take them, this week is a small step… over the coming weeks, I hope you’ll see bigger jumps.

Help Me Grow

I came back out of hiding in March of this year to build something special.

Until this year, everything I did was hidden behind a bunch of Pseudonyms or in the studios of my friends. It was hard but the anonymity gave me a space to work on my craft for years without anyone knowing who I was.

But I lacked a family that believed in me, traveling from city to city, and project to project rebuilding everything every time I moved. This time I want to work for you.

This is my big run, the people who have known me for years can see it, and I hope you’re enjoying being part of it.

Over the last few months, the best work I’ve done has been the private commissions with mirrors, I want to find a way to bring that work to you here.

I’ll be working on the Mirror paintings until Halloween when we launch our next installation across London.
